Playtex Manufacturing is voluntarily recalling electric breast pump AC/DC power adapters over concerns of potential electric shock, although there have been no known injuries, the FDA announced Thursday.

The adapters, used with the Playtex Nurser Deluxe Double Electric Breast Pump, were manufactured from November 2012-July 2013, and carry the product serial numbers P12324-XXXX through P13205-XXXX, or adapter production code 1241-1324.

The adapters were not sold separately.

All retail and online sales outlets that may have these adapters in inventory are being notified. If consumers notice electrical wire separation in their adapter, Playtex urges immediate discontinuation of use. Replacements are available online or over the phone at 1-800-207-1429.

Consumers may report adverse events or quality control problems at FDA's MedWatch Adverse Event Reporting Program online, by using a mail-in form, or over the phone at 1-800-332-1088.
